We ask for only what we need to arrange your KOIKONA. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you request a KOIKONA experience, we collect:
- Your contact details: your name, WhatsApp or mobile phone number, and email address.
- Your booking choices: the moment, space, destination (India, Dubai, or Online), experience duration, and preferred date and time.
- Payment status: confirmation from our payment provider (Razorpay) that payment was completed, along with reference IDs. We never receive or store your card or bank credentials.
- Messages you send us: anything you communicate by email or WhatsApp regarding scheduling.
We do not ask for health records or sensitive medical information, and we request that you do not include it in booking notes.
Why We Collect It
We use your information solely to:
- Receive and review your session request;
- Contact you personally to verify scheduling and coordinate arrangements;
- Process payments and any eligible refunds;
- Comply with necessary tax and accounting laws; and
- Protect the safety and discretion of our guests and hosts.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your information for advertising.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. During checkout, your payment information is entered directly into Razorpay’s encrypted interface under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We receive only transaction confirmations necessary to finalize your appointment.
Service Providers
We rely on a small group of trusted service partners to operate this website:
- Hosting infrastructure: Secure cloud servers hosting our website files.
- Payment Gateway: Razorpay for encrypted payment processing.
- Communication tools: Direct email and WhatsApp to coordinate your appointment.
Data Security & Encryption
All traffic to KOIKONA is encrypted using production HTTPS (TLS). Access to booking information is restricted exclusively to the small concierge team coordinating your experience.
Data Retention
We retain booking and contact information only as long as required to coordinate your appointment and handle follow-up inquiries. Transaction records are maintained for statutory periods required by tax and commercial regulations.
Your Rights & Choices
Under applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your details from our active booking records; and
- Withdraw consent to communications.

KOIKONA does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling tools on this website.
